For a Mesha Rasi native, when does the seven-and-a-half period of Sani begin and end?

The seven-and-a-half years period of Saturn is in progress for Mesha Rasi now, but is about to conclude. Saturn will be moving from Mesha's second sign Rishabha to the third Mithuna on July 23. According to Drik Panchanga calculations on that date the seven-and-a-half years period of Saturn will be over for Mesha Rasi during this cycle. But as per Vakya Panchanga calculations, the movement of Saturn from Rishabha to Mithuna is due to take place only in the year 2003.

May 15 up to 6.00 a.m. and May 17 up to 6.00 p.m.
