You tend to see the world in terms of your subjective emotional reactions to the events around you. This week practice two things. One, consider an impending situation from the perspective of logic rather than feeling. Two, look at the situation from a distant perspective. Now, what do you think and feel? This will give you the experience of objectivity that is so rare for you.
