This is due to different almanacs. According to Drik Panchanga, the star is Thiruvadirai, third padam. Without the full horoscope, one cannot predict marriage.

For Mithuna Lagna and Rasi, Saturn is not favourable. Other aspects must be considered to estimate longevity.
