"A JOURNEY IN TIME", a display of watercolour landscapes by U.S.-based artist Bela Raval concludes at the Jehangir Art Gallery. This is Bela's first show of her new body of work after she moved to California a decade ago. When she's on holiday on sabbatical in India though, she operates from Baroda. Says Bela, "Living on the beautiful central coast of California opened up new vistas." She started exploring watercolours in "plain air", painting outdoors in wide-open nature, which tells "its own stories. I have tried to retell some of these stories and feel very happy to share them with you."
