Will the birth horoscope cast as per Date, Day, and Sun rise in a foreign land differ from another cast as per corresponding values in an Indian city, for the same person?

Will the birth horoscope cast as per Date, Day, and Sun rise in a foreign land differ from another cast as per corresponding values in an Indian city, for the same person?

N. Dharmeshwaran, Guduvanchery.

THERE cannot be any difference provided it is worked out properly. One should take into account local variations in time, such as say daylight saving time for the different countries, and the time difference in India for Singapore and Kuala Lumpur, which may vary. One can calculate Lagna as per sidereal time for which sunrise time is not absolutely essential.
