The landscapes are inspired by Nature... a stream with animals drinking water from it, a waterfall, sunset. These are not just paintings. They are images that young minds have captured, children who have the talent but are economically backward.
It is to help these kids that the Tanker Foundation has decided to bring out the cards painted by the kids. The 7" by 5" cards have been priced at Rs 7.50 (including envelopes). For bulk orders, the organisation is willing to print the company logo too. The proceeds of the sale will go towards the dialysis, medication and transplantation costs of patients with chronic kidney problems. The Tanker Foundation, which was formed in 1993, has set up a dialysis unit with the help of corporate funding.
