It is time for Christmas and yet another New Year is about to blossom... it's time for more celebrations and greetings. And that is exactly what CRY (Child Relief and You) has lined up for the festive season. The organisation is releasing its latest range of greeting cards, desk calendars, diaries and telephone and address books.
Paintings by artists such as Achyut Palav and Manjula Padmanabhan, child art, folk art, engravings, lithographs and miniatures adorn the 54 cards. One can also choose from the Exclusive series, Nature series, Landscape series, Profile series and of course, the Christmas and New Year Series.
The Desk Calendar features a series of 12 paintings by Indian artists on the theme of mother and child, while the CRY diary has a collection of masks in different materials. The Mini Organiser consists of a diary, note pad and a telephone-cum-address book.
The greeting cards are available in packs of 10, priced between Rs 6 and Rs 18. The desk calendar is Rs. 42 while the mini organiser is Rs. 125. The diary costs Rs. 125 and the telephone book, Rs. 180.
And this year, CRY has tied up with Archies, the card company. So, Cry cards will be available at all Archies outlets as well as major retail stores.
The funds generated from the CRY cards and stationery will be used to help underprivileged children across the country.
