`ART OF Living celebrates the new year with a four-day advanced programme to be held at the Tamil Nadu Tennis Stadium, Lake Area, Nungambakkam, from January 24 to 27. Persons who have attended the basic course and `Sudarshan Kriya' are eligible to register for the advanced course.

The programme provides one with an opportunity to `explore the depth of one's inner silence through meditation.' It offers precious insights into the nature of life.
