Taste of tradition

"TAMIZH VIRUNDHU"... that's what MGM Resorts has planned for today. What can one expect? Anything and everything that is traditional... food, dance and even the setting.

And what's more MGMResorts' new restaurant Green Garden is opening in time to celebrate the harvest festival..

To begin with, there's a mouth-watering variety of South Indian dishes, from every nook and corner of the State, be it Chettinad, Thanjavur or Pandiyanadu. Fish curries, payasams and much more vie for attention. And the ambience? A rural backdrop, specially created for the occasion. The buffet lunch and dinner are priced Rs 199 per person.

The added attraction are a Bharatanatyam recital (Jan 14), a special movie screening (Jan 15) and villu pattu (Jan 16).

A taste of tradition... that's what Tamizh Virundhu is all about. For more information, contact 98400-87855/8476234.
