Search for the self

THE NON-RELIGIOUS programme of self-improvement and self-realisation, LIFE (Living In Freedom : An Enquiry) conducted by Swami Sukhabodhananda enables participants to discover a new meaning and purpose in life. It is said that the Swami of Prasanna Trust, Bangalore, has envisaged teaching the art of balancing success and satisfaction by understanding one's outer and inner self. It is more in the nature of a workshop on personal relationship through interaction and meditation, based on spiritual inputs from varied religions. The session could come alive with an amalgamation of sports, psychology and modern therapies such as mirroring and focussing, sprinkled with the wisdom of physical, mental and spiritual diet for transforming the participants into enlightened beings. His next programme is to be held on February 8, 9 and 10 at Hotel Radha Park Inn, 14, Jawaharlal Nehru Road (Inner Ring Road - 100 feet Road) Near SAF Games Village, Arumbakkam.
