Brand ambassadors

IN A glittering evening hosted at the Australian High Commission, Ray Ban announced their brand ambassadors for India with the ace spinner Harbhajan Singh donning his "Killer Loop'' and the sensational VVS Laxman sporting his new "Ray Ban'' sunshades. The cricketing duo will be the first ever celebrities to endorse the brands in India.

The launch event also saw "Bhajji" and "VVS" unveiling the brand new collection for the coming Season 2002, with over 40 new shapes in Ray Ban and 35 new styles in Killer Loop.

The choice of Harbhajan as the ambassador for Killer Loop has a lot to do with his now legendary flighted delivery, "The killer loop," that has claimed many a victim in the cricket field. VVS with his elegant style and confidence comes as the ideal face for Ray Ban.

The show, put together by the former Miss India World 1998, Annie Thomas, Vice President, Poise saw the fashion models walk the ramp with Harbhajan and Laxman showing off the new sunglasses.
