Health card

VIJAYA DIAGNOSTIC Centre launched the privilege card that comprehensively covers the whole family. The card is available upon submitting an application form with a processing fee of Rs. 250, at any of Vijaya's eight centres. The discount will be offered to the cardholder, his spouse and children and the card is valid for 36 months. The cardholder will be entitled to a discount of 15 per cent on all laboratory investigations and 10 per cent on all radiology (CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-Ray, Colour Doppler, Mammography etc.).
