Will it remain a dream?

SOME suggestions to combat this never-ending problem:

Why do the public use parks and road-sides to answer the nature's call. The stink is a health hazard, and it could be a bad example set to children from elders. Offenders should be strictly prosecuted if the officials in the city think of providing good public toilets, accessible to public. Smoking should be strictly prohibited in public places. Battery operated four-wheelers should be seriously thought of.
