Lakme has developed new shades and colours in cosmetics for the festive season, which are worth checking out.

IF BEAUTY is skin deep, then fashion is soul deep. Realising this, Lakme India has come out with a new line of cosmetics — the `Think Brilliance' range. Based on the fashion statement for 2002-2003 `Think Brilliance, Think Lakme', the new range comprises three distinct collections — `Pure Brilliance', `Electric Brilliance' and `Sensual Brilliance'.
Available in 34 colours, the new range has innovative products including `Silver Glow Face Highlighter' Rs. 95); `Liquid Diamond Lip Gloss' (for a perfect shine to the lips - Rs. 175); `Liquid Blush' (for the cheekbones which comes in a water-based formulation, Rs. 95).
"The `Think Brilliance' range reflects Lakme's in-depth understanding of the needs of today's woman. The new line gives each woman a colour to match her expression," says Anil Chopra, business head, Lakme Lever.
While the `Pure Brilliance' collection has shades of peach and pinks, the `Electric Brilliance' collection has unique, dual reflecting shades of fuchsia and orange, and the `Sensual Brilliance' range comes in intense shades based on russet, gold and ruby-coloured pearls. The range of `Think Brilliance' comprises new shades of vitamin-enriched lipsticks priced at Rs. 110, liquid lip colour and true wear nail colour priced at Rs. 55.
You can define and dramatise your eyes with the `Pure Brilliance' range while the lips and cheeks need just a hint of colour and shine. While `Electric Brilliance' is an exuberant range to give you an instant attention, the `Sensual Brilliance' line has deep and rich shades for eyes, lips, cheeks and nails with a brilliant shine for extra sizzle. This range also has nine shades and a liquid blush in sensual bronze.
