Palak-tomato curry
I would like to have the recipe of Tomato masala and Palak. I would like them to be spicy.

WASH 250 gms cherry tomatoes well. Slit them on one side. Next wash 700 gms spinach well using little salt. Then de-stalk and chop coarsely. In a kadhai, heat 10 ml oil. Add 10 gms cumin seeds and allow them to crackle. Add 5 gms each of chopped ginger and garlic and brown a little. Add one chopped onion and 15 gms chopped green chillies and sauté them till they begin to change colour. Now add the tomatoes and the chopped spinach together. Cover with a lid and cook till tomatoes and spinach are done. Add ¼ tsp garam masala and 10 ml cream and adjust seasoning.
