Home-made cold coffee

How does one make cold coffee at home? Is it possible to get the same taste as in hotels? Do you use any special brand coffee powder to make this?

Indupriya, Moula Ali

IT IS very simple to make cold coffee at home. Mix a litre milk, 15 gms coffee powder, 200 ml coffee ice cream (optional) and 80 gms sugar in a food processor. If you do not have ice cream, you can use 100 ml cream and a little more sugar by increasing its quantity by 25 gms. No special brand is used for making coffee. But you can use Tata Coffee or Nescafe Instant.
