Waste water recycling
Apropos the article, `Working wonders with waste water' (Metro Plus-March 3), I would like to state that soil bio-technology (SBT) has found approval with the Governments of Maharashtra and Gujarat. The UNICEF (UN Children's Emergency Fund) is promoting SBT as an effective sanitation solution in project areas funded by it in Gujarat, including the rehabilitation sites in the earthquake-hit Bhuj.
For interested Government and private agencies, Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, can organise seminars/workshops on SBT.
