HER LIVE shows have high popularity ratings and her sizzling beauty adds to the overall glamour. Her "Kaliyon ka Chaman" rocketed her to fame and now Meghna Naidu is ready to enter the tinsel world.
She has been cast as a lead in director Karan Razdan's "Shock" opposite models Tarun Arora and Aryan Vaid. Currently on a whirlwind tour across the seas, along with Asha Bhonsle and Adnan Sami, Meghna was attracted to the role of a "strong character who sacrifices her opulent lifestyle for love."
The shooting is supposed to begin in Goa and Mumbai after her live shows abroad, and the budget is said to be around Rs. 3.5 crores. It was Sonu Nigam earlier, and now we are not `shocked' to see another singer enter the celluloid arena, as it seems to be the current trend. Hoping "Shock" will prove to be a pleasant surprise!
