Johnny in a jam

PAWAN KALYAN'S much-hyped "Johnny" has sunk without a trace at the Andhra Pradesh box-office. The film had no story to say.

Pawan who is in London on a holiday is reported to have promised the distributors, who had purchased the film at a record price, that he will compensate them to a certain extent just like how Rajnikanth did for "Baba".

Meanwhile, elder brother Chiranjeevi who was to start the shooting of his new film "Tagore", a remake of the Tamil hit "Ramana", has gone to the U.S. for an emergency surgery.

He is expected to join the shoot within a month.

Jyothika plays the heroine in the film.
