Food craft


A function was organised by the Daspalla Institute of Hotel Management to herald the commencement of classes for their inaugural batch of students. The institute offers craft certificate courses, approved by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, in food production, food and beverage service, front office operations and accommodation operations.

The chairman of the Daspalla Group, the directors, executives, students and parents attended the function. The institute has plans to introduce a three-year diploma course in hotel management during the next academic year.
