JUST DIAL 2568692 or 2560322, a technician will rush to your place to repair your cycle. Unbelievable! But this unique service is offered by the Guru Cycle Mart located at K.Pudur.
"There are no norms for attending calls. We respond to all calls and attend to even smallest problems of our customer's cycle. For this purpose, we have three personnel, who had undergone training with the cycle companies", says Guru, one of the partners of the Guru Cycle Mart (GCM).
"We receive around 10 calls a day and sometimes when we get more calls we attend to them the next day or so", he says.
"We have also won various awards from different cycle companies for our services and for achieving sales target", says T.Balasubramanian, Sales Manager, GCM.
"We also assemble cycles and the entire process is carried out with pneumatic machines. The customers will also be given a guarantee card, which provides them the benefit of two free services for two months from the date of purchase", he says, adding, "While `Lady Bird' is the fascination of women, the youths are lured by the ranger models. Cycles with heavy duty carriers also preferred by many.
Dynamos are demanded only by the customers from rural areas".
"Regular check up should be done on chain, fork and bearings. Over hauling can be done six months once for good maintenance at the same time condition of tyres and tubes should also be checked.
If you are not able to do all this, we are here to attend to your emergency calls and make your cycle `fit'", Balasubramanian says.
