OLD DELHI IN GURGAON A dish on offer at the ongoing Dawat-e-Hindustan festival at Fortune

Looking for a new one-stop address for different cuisines in Gurgaon? Well, here comes Fortune restaurant for you.

Based on the concept of serving different cuisines under one roof, the restaurant gives its diners an immediate reason to visit it. It is presently hosting Dawat-e-Hindustan, a food festival that boasts specialities ranging from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.

The dishes on offer are goshtaba, tabak maaz, yakhni murg biryani, lal mass, methi, ker sangri, basundi, murg shan-e-Awadh, goshtrizzala, Lukhnawi biryani, crab farsi, chicken kaliwada, Dimer Damil, maccher jol, meen porial, chicken chettinad, beghare baigan to name a few.

Akash Roy Saigal, the restaurant's Sales Manager, says, "We serve not just Indian but continental and oriental cuisine too." The restaurant, as part of the festival, also has a quiz competition going, the winners of which would receive a gift voucher of a free meal.

Food from Old Delhi

Besides these dishes from across the country, the Fortune menu card will see food from Old Delhi too for Gurgaon-residents on the last day of the festival. Achari jhinga salad, shami kabab, pindi chole etc., are among a few dishes that one could enjoy that day.

Saigal says food festivals would be a continuous part of the restaurant along with its everyday menu. The next in line is a special menu on the occasion of the Independence Day.
