In rhythm with skill

India is a fast emerging force in the global marketplace. It has already become the `design' house of the world and is fast becoming the demonstration ground for movies and related entertainment technology, and therefore there is enormous growth potential. However, what was perhaps lacking was a viable platform to showcase strengths and share expertise.

Taal 2006 is an attempt to provide a platform that binds the industries' strength and work towards a common cause of enhancing digital technology. The Taal concept is about providing expertise with grandeur.

A two-day international tradeshow and convention starting from December1 at the Pragati Maidan, it deals with theatre audio-visual acoustics and lighting.

Popular brands

Prestigious brands like Imax, Kodak digital cinema, Benq, Yamaha, Sanyo are among the participants.

The tradeshow shall cater to various needs like theatrical equipment, broadcast and safety equipment, entertainment facilities and much more.

Comments Bobby Chetia, "The maiden initiative, Taal 2005, was organised in Chennai. Taal 2006 is the first and only show of its kind in Northern India, attracting high quality delegates from neighbouring countries as well."

He says the event will provide opportunities to comprehend latest technology developments and understand the necessity to upgrade to international standards. As for Delhi as the choice of venue, he explains, the national Capital being the focus of global attention now for trade and commerce as also entertainment, it is in the fitness of things for Taal to beckon the industry from Delhi.
