Connect through music

“Smooth Vintage” by a group of Anglo-Indian musicians this evening

Here’s a unique opportunity to listen to some vintage music by a group of talented Anglo-Indian musicians. Visaide presents “Smooth Vintage”, a concert featuring the Frank Dubier Jazz Quintet, Tommy Smith from Melbourne and other great musicians.

The concert is organised by Anglos in the Wind in aid of its charity projects and will take place this evening (7.30 p.m.) at the Museum Theatre.

The performers include Frank Dubier (trumpet, saxophone, alto horn and flute), Tommy Smith (guitar), Cressy David (keyboards), Keith Peters (bass guitar), Maynard Grant (drums), and Buddy Dubier, Ashley Thompson and Michelene Igayemi (singers). Alan D’Cruz will be the compere for the evening.

Tickets priced at Rs. 200, Rs. 100 and Rs. 50 are available at Anglos in the Wind, A-77, Third Avenue, Anna Nagar East, hotline – 42080058.
