Quest

An exciting experience

Once we went to Kerala from Bangalore by car, to attend my uncle's marriage. While coming back, instead of going on the highway we were misdirected into a forest.

After some time the car stalled. The driver saw a house nearby and went to bring water. Then an elephant came near our car. We got scared and raised all the windows.

The elephant stayed near our car for a long time. When the driver came, it went away. The driver poured some water in the engine and the car started.

Driving for a while we met a game-keeper who directed us back to the highway. We reached Bangalore after a journey of 14 hours.
