Puppy love

I have a puppy,
Who is always happy.
He always wants to play,
When at home I stay.
He gets very angry,
When he becomes hungry.
He feels so bad,
When he is sad.
He feels dejected,
Only when he's neglected.
So I make him feel good,
By giving him lots of food.
He's not at all mute,
But he is very cute.
And I love my puppy,
As his presence makes me happy.
