Mending manners

Our teacher teaches us English-I,
And makes learning real fun.
She teaches us grammar,
And mends our manners.
Stories and poems alike,
She makes them come alive!
Homework and classwork is easy to do,
Because she makes it all clear to you.
Adjectives and nouns,
Verbs and pronouns.
Comprehension and letter writing,
All in good handwriting.
Neither does she teach in haste,
Nor does she give time to waste.
This is our dear English teacher,
Let's all study well to please her.
