Unravelling the secrets of nature.

While scientific endeavour is the attempt of man to unravel the principles that animate nature and the cosmos, technology is his effort to use those principles for his benefit and comfort. Thus, technology is an offspring of Science wherein man imitated the creativity in nature through his ingenuity. Technology also gives him the feeling of a conqueror, as it provides him with new tools to widen the frontiers of knowledge.

The human mind still remains unconquered territory. Environmental degradation and a catastrophic end appear to be a very possible reality today.

The survival and sustenance of life on earth is thus related to the accountability of humanity.
