'B' positive

Each day you get up in a different mood, thinking about things. Mostly you are depressed, tensed or worried. You worry what the day holds for you. In such situations the power of positive thinking helps you immensely.

This is a rare yet a common power possessed by all but utilised only by a few. So if you want to mould yourself as a positive thinker, here are a few tips.

When you wake up in the morning think that the day ahead is going to be a great day and you are not worried as to what the future holds. Make up your mind to understand that things don't get any better by worrying about them. On the contrary, they turn from bad to worse. Life always offers you a brighter and lighter side but try to keep your brighter side up, as there is always something to be happy about.

Never reveal your worries to everyone. In your own little world that surrounds you, try and make someone happy because it's not good to be down and out on every little issue.

Finally understand that life is not just one thing after another but it is a beautiful combination of a little pain, a little pleasure and a hint of joy. Think that life is great and make most of it. Be an optimist and see how it changes your life.
