Remembering you

Keeping you in my memory is easy,
Whether you are near or faraway'
And several things reminds me of you
At all times during the day!
A comic we read with pleasure,
The serials we watched together.
The poems and essays we both wrote
And all those notes we learnt
By rote.
Games we played,
The many jokes we cracked,
A painting we together displayed,
The thoughts we both exchanged,
How could I lose such a friend.
