The imp in my life

I have a little brother,
Who is afraid of cold weather.
He sits in a corner like a doll,
And rolls on the ground like a ball.
He is a junior mechanic,
Who uses all his mad techniques.
He has a little white dog,
Which cannot be seen in a fog.
He has long black hair,
That flops into his eyes and ears
Though he shouts and hits me,
I love my little brother.
