Hee hee bone

Funny bone is the common name for the sensitive are at the back of the elbow. It's not an actual bone but a projection at the elbow joint of the ulna, the inside one of two bones in the lower arm or forearm. This is known as the "olecranon." As only skin covers this area the nerve has little projection. A blow to this area causes sharp pain, numbness or tingling. So it was given the popular names "funny bone" or "crazy bone."
