A new painting

As I sat beside a river
The birds chirped and
I was dazed by the sweet
Smell of the grass.
The flowers bloomed with joy,
A lady in the green pastures
Sang merrily and danced.

The splashy sound of the waterfall was enchanting
And it looked crystal clear
Which made me cheer.
Suddenly there was a refreshing breeze
Which emitted the aroma of flowers and trees.
I was enjoying sweet nature.
Then I realised that it was getting late,
I had to go leaving all my friends.
The day I spent my time with nature
Is still fresh like a new painting.
