Selfish man

Why is man so selfish? It was nature, which helped him.
Then why does he forget the help?
Why does he destroy kind nature with his inventions?
All these destructions are due to his selfishness
Then, why doesn't he put away his greediness?
Why doesn't he do something to save nature?
Let us wait for that auspicious day and pray it comes soon.
