Kirtley out with injury

Edgbaston July 6. Medium-pacer James Kirtley has been ruled out of action for a period close to six weeks after he damaged his right hand of his own bowling during England's final preparations before its match against Sri Lanka at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Kirtley had played all the matches in the NatWest Trophy so far.
