Jaish militant killed

SRINAGAR JULY 11. Security forces on Thursday killed a self-styled commander of the Jaish-e-Mohammad, Bilal Ahmed, who is alleged to have been one of the planners of the December 13 attack on Parliament last year.

Bilal, alias Mehmood Bhai, was shot dead in an encounter at Krumbhore near Handwara. — AFP
