Clarification on portfolios

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM JULY 12. The Minorities Welfare portfolio allotted to the Information and Parliamentary Affairs Minister, M.M. Hassan, does not include the welfare of other backward communities and the scheduled communities, according to a notification issued by the Governor today.
