SIMI ban: SC notice to Centre

New Delhi Oct. 7. The Supreme Court today issued a notice to the Centre on a Special Leave Petition (SLP) by the Students' Islamic Movement of India (SIMI) challenging the ban imposed on its activity under the Unlawful Activity (Prevention) Act.
