No free power for farmers

CHANDIGARH OCT. 16. Facing a severe resource crunch, the Punjab Government today stopped the supply of free power to farmers.

The announcement to withdraw the populist measure was made by the Chief Minister, Amarinder Singh, after a Cabinet meeting.
