Rational signs MoU with Kerala Govt.

BANGALORE: Rational Software Corporation has signed an MoU with the Kerala Government to help the Government's e-governance initiatives and amass a talent pool in software engineering. Rational has also supported the establishment of the Technopark Software Engineering Competency Centre at the Technopark premises in Thiruvananthapuram.
