Jamali wins trust vote

Islamabad Dec. 30. The Pakistan Prime Minister, Mir Zafarullah Khan Jamali, comfortably won a vote of confidence today that assured the survival of his coalition Government.

Mr. Jamali won 188 votes in the 342-seat National Assembly. He needed only 172 to survive the confidence vote.
