Mumbai Jan. 9. Preity Zinta, film actress and star witness in a case of the alleged Bollywood nexus with the underworld, today supported the prosecution's case by informing a special court that she had received extortion threat from a gangster in 2000 but denied disclosing it to actor Sanjay Dutt. She is the first Bollywood star who has not turned hostile in this case.

She told the designated judge, A. P. Bhangale, she had received a call on her cell phone. — PTI
