Closure report in HDW case

NEW DELHI JAN. 14. The Delhi High Court today permitted the CBI to file a closure report in the Rs. 420-crore HDW submarine case.

A Division Bench, comprising Justice Usha Mehra and Justice Pradeep Nandrajog, allowed the CBI to file a closure report in the proceedings in the trial court after the agency filed a status report saying that its letter rogatory had been turned down.
