Sotas fraud management system

NEW DELHI: Sotas India has launched its fraud management system for the Indian telecom market. It will enable phone firms to understand billing discrepancies. One of the software also stores and records all fraudulent cases, making information available for reports based on account managers, agents, case categories, customers and case summaries.
