Parliament adjourns

New Delhi March 13. The first phase of the budget session of Parliament concluded today with both the Houses adjourning for a three-week long recess.

The two Houses, which met for 25 days, will now meet on April 7. The inter-session period will facilitate Parliamentary Standing Committees to consider the Demands for Grants.
