Dawood brother held

Mumbai March 13. Iqbal Hassan Ibrahim Shaikh, the younger brother of underworld don Dawood Ibrahim, and two others were today arrested under the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act in a case of alleged extortion and land grabbing and remanded to police custody till March 21 by a special court here.

The designated judge, A.P. Bhangale, allowed the accused to have home food and essential items in jail.

He also permitted them interviews with lawyers and meeting with relatives.
