Rajasthan to ban tridents

BHILWARA APRIL 8. The Rajasthan Chief Minister, Ashok Gehlot, today said here that his Government would ban the use of tridents by the Vishwa Hindu Parishad.

``What the VHP is distributing among its workers and Bajrang Dal activists is not the trishul of Lord Shiva. It is a weapon and by using it Hindu fundamentalist forces are trying to create communal disharmony in the State."
