Youth killed in clash

AHMEDABAD MAY 10. A 20-year old youth was killed and at least seven others, including four policemen, were injured in a communal clash in Bhavnagar city in the Saurashtra region this evening. Police fired six rounds to disperse the clashing mobs.

The clash was a sequel to a quarrel two groups had on Wednesday over a cricket match. A boy belonging to one of the groups was teased and beaten up by members of the rival group and a clash ensued. Soon people from both sides joined, throwing stones at each other.
