Arafat sees truce deal

RAMALLAH, West Bank, June 26. The Palestinian President, Yasser Arafat, told reporters in the West Bank city of Ramallah today he expected an announcement in a few hours that militants had agreed to halt attacks on Israelis, but a militant group challenged the assessment.
