HYDERABAD NOV. 7. An Intelligence Bureau officer based in Hyderabad, K.T. Moses, died of cardiac arrest in New Delhi on Friday.

The officer went to Delhi to receive the Indian Police Medal from the Deputy Prime Minister, L.K. Advani. He is survived by wife and two daughters.
